Evolve LRG foundation module

Evolve LRG's foundation is an add-on solution to Microsoft Dynamics 365 which includes an LRG-ready CRM data model, taking into account businesses, individuals, properties (LLPG, NLPG or out-of-area addresses), and service request cases.

Each contact or business can be associated with multiple addresses, keeping track of when they moved in and moved out of the property (history of residency). It includes a service definition framework for defining service requests in terms of classifications (based on LGSL as standard), fulfilment hand offs, SLAs, KBAs, and workflows for notifications.

The foundation makes provision for people being able to have different personas, e.g. being a resident and a SEN coordinator at a school, and as such should have the ability to view different types of data based on the persona.

Evolve LRG journey designer

The Journey Engine is a process automation application, which renders dynamic eForms based on business logic defined as data and metadata, stored in Dynamics 365. The eForm definitions are run by the journey engine runtime micro-services, which is hosted in Microsoft Azure, and is integrated with the My Account module for authentication and association with customer
records in Microsoft Dynamics 365.

The Journey eForms can be run as a stand-alone portal, including in an existing website, or accessed as a responsive mobile application, and can be run from within the Dynamics 365 or Unified Service Desk user interface for call centre, or face-to-face users. Using the Journey Engine will allow local authorities to rapidly build interactive dynamic eForms, including complex logic,
to capture data for service requests for all report it, request it, apply for it, and pay for it processes.

These are surfaced through the My Account portal for customer self-service.

5Do you need technical IT skilled people in-house?
To build Evolve User Journey online eForm processes you do not need technical IT skills in-house. The Evolve Journey Designer is an easy to use graphical tool to design and publish complex customer eForm journeys/service request processes. It has been designed for use by business analysts, or trained end user subject matter experts, as it does not require any programming/coding. However if the subsequent service request journey needs fulfilling through a back office line of business application then in order to fully automate the end to end process, two way integrations will be needed between the Evolve CRM foundation layer (based on Dynamics 365) and the line of business system. This will require technical development skills which Pythagoras can provide if not available in house.
